Congratulations to Ozzie Mayers for being the first recipient of the Alcuin & Clemens
Library Information Literacy Award. This year’s first
recipient thinks about appropriate and significant ways to advance students’ scholarly literacy and abilities. He does
this through a variety of assignments and projects. He teaches intelligent
inquiry and high quality humanities research, a
hallmark of a fine liberal arts education.
