Cool Tools: ReadCube & Shelfster

Read Cube is a desktop application, for Windows and Mac, that is designed to help you organize your research. You can import PDFs that you find in a single step. All your articles are in one place - full-text searchable with your highlights and sticky notes. You can also stay on top of the latest research by getting relevant articles that are automatically recommended every day.

A tool similar to ReadCube is Shelfster. Shelfster is all about being able to write your article, paper or book with the information you've gathered and your sources of inspiration (ideas, text snipets, web pages, images, voice recordings) at your fingertips.

Thanks for recommending ReadCube.

Please feel free to drop me an email. I'm interested in talking to librarians about how we can help you to help you patrons find academic content.
