Library Quality - do we have it?

We'd like to think we're doing a good job at the library, providing outstanding services for the learning community at CSB/SJU. It means a lot more, however, when our users tell us that they think we're doing it right.

From February 21 - March 23 we're going to be opening up a web-based survey to give you the chance to tell us how we're doing. The LibQUAL+ survey is a tool designed to measure library service quality. It's based on the idea that the only thing that matters is what you, our users, think.

For more information, visit our LibQUAL+ site.

I know this is interesting but I think you should order the book "He's just not that into you."

I just requested that this book be ordered along with the book, "You're Not That into Him Either". Have you seen or heard about that book? Here is the link to the review in Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0060817402/102-5896383-2946550?v=glance
